I’m Abdelhmeed Elshorbagy, a passionate and ambitious technology enthusiast currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence at MNU. At just 19 years old, I have already embarked on a dynamic career journey. I currently work as an IT Manager at Amwag travel, where I have earned two promotions by consistently delivering strong results and leading my team to success.

Before my current role, I gained valuable experience in customer service and ticket booking, which helped me develop excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Having spent most of my life in Oman, I am adept at interacting with diverse cultures and working effectively with international teams.

I hold a Google certificate in IT Technical Support and am actively working toward additional certifications to achieve Google’s Professional IT certificate. I am deeply passionate about all things technology, and I thrive in leadership roles where I can organize teams, make strategic decisions, and foster a collaborative work environment.

I have a solid foundation in Web Development, working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive, user-friendly websites. My skills include clean UI design, attention to detail, and writing structured, maintainable code. I combine my technical knowledge with strong problem solving, time management, and communication skills, allowing me to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
